Ingredients
- 2 Meagre cans
- 1 package of filo pastry
- 100 g of melted butter
- 50 g of broccoli
- 50 g of Paris mushrooms
- 50 g of carrot
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper as needed
Preparation
Boil the broccoli and the carrot and sauté in the meagre’s olive oil. Add the mushrooms and season with pepper and paprika.
Stretch two blocks of pastry and brush with melted butter. Place the vegetables and the meagre on top. Roll up and put in the oven for 8 minutes at 180ºC. Serve with green salad.
