Ingredients
- 2 smoked mussel cans
- 1 package of black linguini
- Juice and zest of 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation
Boil the pasta. After boiled, drain and cool in cold water.
Stir the mussel’s olive oil in.
Reduce in a sauté the juice and zest of the oranges with the butter.
Add the mussels and stir the pasta in. Serve very hot.
