Sea Bream is a very succulent, white-fleshed fish and is presented on loins from which the skin and bones have been previously removed. The fillet is cut into tranches the size of the can. It has excellent nutritional properties, in addition to providing extremely important vitamins such as B12, D and B1, and also stands out for its richness in Omega-3. The sea bream is the queen of surfcasting (aimed at fishing on the beach in rough sea situations) as it has a unique way of approaching the hook: it attacks the bait in such a brutal way that it bends the rod completely.
A few drops of lemon and herbs from Provence enhance the flavour of the sea bream, making this a unique combination. Pairs well with chilled white wine.
